Returns & Exchanges

Our unique and beautifully crafted fine designer jewelry meets and exceeds most customers' expectations. However, in the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, and providing it does not fall under the NO RETURN Category, you may return it for store credit within 14 days of receiving your order. Please note we DO NOT REFUND any item.

We do exchange Silver Jewelry with the following provisions:

  1. The shipped item must be fully insured in order for Royal Order to accept it.
  2. The item will be inspected for obvious signs of wear and tear, alteration or damage that would deny its return.
  3. All original packaging must be returned, including the receipt & Certificate of Authenticity.
  4. You will be credited for the purchase price only, no shipping and handling costs are refundable or credited.
  5. If an item is refused for return, the customer will become responsible for any further shipping costs.
  6. If an item is accepted for credit, the customer is responsible for the subsequent shipping costs of the new item.

We do not exchange:

  1. Gold
  2. Platinum
  3. Engraved Items
  4. Personalized custom orders

All the above items are deemed to be special orders and made to order, and as such do not qualify for refund or exchange. Please take your time to order these items, and make sure that you have the correct sizes when ordering, particularly with Rings, please note that we work with American Ring sizing.

At Royal Order we pride ourselves in providing a level of service that matches the superior quality of design of our products. All of our products are delivered to the customer in a stylish Royal Order gift box including a Certificate of Authenticity.

Repairs

Royal Order does on occasion make repairs where the customer has broken their jewelry, for an appropriate fee. Please note that the customer is always responsible for shipping fees both ways. In the unlikely event that there is a fault with any piece, Royal Order will happily repair, or replace the item and assume responsibility for shipping.
